A man hunt is under way in Sattahip after police viewed a series of CCTV images of a robber dressed in black wearing a mask and a motorcycle helmet to conceal his identity held up staff at a Family Mart convenience store on Sukhumvit Road opposite Sing Samut School.
Police had rushed to the scene to find a Khun Bussana and her staff in shock after being confronted by a 30 year old man weilding a large knife.
The robber ordered the staff to hand over money from the shop's cash registers. The haul 1,371 baht from the first till and 1,474 baht from the second till. Customers in the store took cover as the knife weilding nutter rushed out of the store.
Sattahip police are looking to link this robbery with a later robbery at a gold shop in the area they think was commited by the same man.
