It appears that all is going well for the Russians in The Crimea which is more than can be said for one Russian tourist who presented them self to Pattaya Police Station to make a curse report that they had been short changed by a restaurant in Walking Street.
The Russian said they had sat down to drink at the restaurant and when presented with a 200 Baht bill had given the waitress a 1,000 Baht note. When the waitress returned they got only change from 500 Baht.
With the name of the restaurant in hand the police went to the restaurant and asked the manager what happened. The manager was adamant that only 500 Baht was handed over. Asked if the restaurant was going to reimburse the extra 500 Baht the manager had only a one word response Niet!!
