A pervy Thai actor and would be porno film director got his come uppance this week when his victims turned the tables on him and chased him from the scene of his sexual assault causing him to lose control of his car and crash out in the final scene.
A group of Chonburi University students told the police of the lecherous antics of a Khun Witad aged 40 who had recruited the girls online and lured them to a hotel in Bangsaen, Chonburi for a creepy casting session.
Khun Witad had told them in advance that they would need to strip for the camera but they were not expecting the lights to go out and Khun Witad to move in to get a more hands on experience than the girls had signed up for.
One of the girls called her boyfriend who was waiting outside the hotel. He broke down the door and crashed the party. Khun Witad fled in the direction of Bangkok in his Mazda 2 vehicle only to crash himself in his eagerness to escape the miffed Thai maidens.
Khun Witad has been arrested by Chonburi Police and various charges await him when he makes his debut appearance at Chonburi Police Station.

Thai Road Rage Executioner in Sriracha
Chonburi Police stationed at Bowin Police Station near Sriracha received a report of a shooting incident from security staff at Amata City Industrial Estate. The police and rescue workers rushed to the scene near Suankularb Wittayalai School where they found a Rayong plated Toyota Commuter van belonging to The Sakura Company.
The Van had sustained multiple bullet holes to the windscreen and side door. The doors were locked so rescue workers had to smash the windscreen to gain access to the driver of the van. The rescue workers were able to extricate the driver Khun Yutthajak Wongsoonthorn aged 40 a Sriracha resident. Khun Yutthajak had suffered gunshot wounds to his head and his shoulder. He was in a serious condition and after receiving first aid at the scene he was transported quickly to Pluak Daeng hospital.
The police interviewed witnesses to the incident in particular a man who had been cutting grass nearby. He said that an articulated lorry had cut in front of the commuter van forcing it to stop. The driver got out of the lorry, walked up to the van and fired a hail of bullets into it. Then he calmly got back into his cab and drove away.
The police gathered evidence at the scene and then proceeded to the hospital in the hope of interviewing the badly wounded driver. Unfortunately they found that Khun Yutthajak had succumbed to his gunshot wounds.
Police are looking for the maniacal driver of the lorry and when found will be charged with the murder of Khun Yutthajak.

Chonburi Father Son Murderers Arrested
Police Major General Tanaet, the Acting Commander of The Region 2 Police force led a press conference at Chonburi Provincial Police Headquarters to announce the arrest of the suspects involved in the murder of two people at a restaurant in Chonburi on the 3rd of November.
The two suspects were a 50 year old man and his 16 year old Son. The father was named as a Khun Sontaya for legal reasons his young son was not named in public and the boy was not present at the press conference. Khun Sontaya had previously worked at the restaurant but had been fired from his job about a month before.
The pair were alleged to have murdered Khun Nittipon aged 47 and his wife Khun Bejamart aged 46 at the Monkey Seafood Restaurant in the Angsira area close to Chonburi City in an attempted robbery that went horribly wrong.
The suspects had confessed to the charges and described how the incident had gone down. They had entered the premises at 3am and made enough noise to rouse the sleeping occupants. A fight broke out and they beat the husband and wife to death with wooden sticks a hammer and other weapons that they had brought to the scene.. They then rifled the property and made their escape with a considerable haul including: 2 mobile phones, 10 wrist watches, 160,000 Baht in cash and, 39 cigarette lighters and a rice cooker.
Police recovered most of the stolen goods along with a stash of weapons used in the robbery and murder including: steel pipes, batons and a hammer and a wooden stick.
As well as confessing the pair have expressed their remorse in causing the deaths and apologised to the relatives of Khun Nittipon aged and his wife Khun Bejamart.

Thai Lady Drugs Dealer Taken Down in Chonburi
Police officers from Donhuaroh Police Station in Chonburi got wind of a drug dealer who was operating a take away drug delivery service in the area. Undercover drug suppression agents set up a sting operation to nab the nutter.
A drugs buy was arranged and at the appointed time the drugs dealer Khun Sakhorn aged 23 who hails from Amnat Chareon province arrived on her Yamaha Fino motorcycle.
Agents moved in, she tried to flee, a struggle ensued but she was no match for the short arms of the Thai law enforcement officers and 20 Yaa Baa (methamphetamine tablets were wrenched from her grubby hands.
Escorted back to the police station she soon confessed to the possession and distribution of class 1 narcotics. Then came the usual excuses. I worked in a factory, money no good, I worked in a Karaoke bar, money no good. Selling drugs money good. Good riddance another dealer in these evil street chemicals off the street, for the time being.

Two Bikes Stolen in One Night From Chonburi Apartment Block
Khun Prusada was gutted and pointed forlornly to the spot in the car park of his apartment block where his beloved Honda Zoomer X once stood ready to speed him along to school
A little further along another space stood empty. Another bike belonging to a Khun Khitsada had also been lifted just an hour later in the early hours of the morning by the same criminal crew.
CCTV cameras had recorded images of the two low lives climbing over the wall of the apartment block in Moo 1 of Klongtamru road in Chonburi. The first time stamp on the film showed 3am as they drove out on the first motorcycle. The time stamp showed 4am when the night riders returned and left on the second bike.

Vietnamese, Laos Ladies Arrested For Illegally Working at Sriracha Karaoke Bar
Chonburi Immigration Officers based in Pattaya, conducted an undercover operation and then raided a Karaoke Bar in Sriracha District. which was alleged to be employing foreign workers who were not in possession of work permits.
Their sources proved correct and when they entered the restaurant and Karaoke Bar Chai Isara they found a number of employees Thai and foreign but not the owner who had conveniently taken a little time off which coincidentally coincided with the arrivel of the raiding party.
ID cards, Passports and work permits were carefully checked, looked at and scrutinised. 20 of the staff were detained for further investigations to be carried out. These were mainly Laoatian and Vietnamese hostesses whose job description was something like holding their guests microphones and consuming large quantities of coloured water at highly inflated water. Sounds like Pattaya doesn't it?
10 Vietnamese ladies who worked in the evenings and 13 ladies from the Democratic Republic of Laos were all able to produce their passports but sadly work permits were conspicuous by their absences
The ladies said that they had worked at the Karaoke bar for 2 weeks and were paid a princely or princessly sum of 100 Baht a day. Sadly, for them they all face the likelihood that they will be deported back to their home countries fairly soon.

Chonburi Sneak Thief Arrested
Chonburi police announced the arrest of a sneak thief who has been plaguing visitors to a park in Chonburi.
The thief Khun Wichit aged 31 would scope out the park for folks arriving on motorcycles. The park is a popular place for joggers and keep fit enthusiasts looking to get some healthy exercise in a relaxing open environment. Khun Wichit would wait for them to jog off and then prise open the seats on the motorcycles and rummage through for any valuables like mobile phones, wallets, money and watches.
Khun Wichit told the police that it took only 10 seconds to be in and out and confessed to 10 other similar crimes. Sometimes he sold the stolen goods at the shopping Mall and sometimes he was cheeky enough to call the owners friends and claim that he had bought the phone from a thief and offered to return the phones for a price of course.
He is now waiting to pay the price himself as previous convictions for Yaa Baa possession and a spell in Chonburi prison has not quite got the message home.

Police officers in Sriracha rushed to the scene of a hostage situation in a house near Wat Phansadet.
A crazed man was holding his wife at gunpoint. Khun Paiboon aged 35 was seen frantically pacing the room and groaning in a strange fashion. The police cordoned off the area and asked Khun Paiboon to put down the gun and surrender. Khun Paiboon refused to give himself up and fired 6 shots at the police. They again asked him to throw his weapon out the window. They were reluctant to return fire knowing that his wife was inside.
Khun Paiboon pushed his wife to the floor and then left the house by the rear door and disappeared through a cemetery and into dense woodland even denser than the police who had clearly not sealed off the premises. His wife refused to give a statement to the police or provide any clues as to his probable whereabouts.
Police assume that Khun Paiboon's rants were drug fuelled and that he should be caught quickly as he may be dangerous. Yes after 6 shots fired at police I would probably come up with the same conclusion.

Ex-Husband Fatally Stabs Wif'es New Lover in Sriracha
A pair of lovers in Sriracha had booked into a motel in Bowin near Sriracha to do what young Thai lovers do - watch cartoons when the ex-husband turned up and a fatal fight ensued.
Bowin police were called to the scene at a room in the Red Heart Hotel where they found 18 year old Khun Machima in a distressed state. Her new boyfriend of just one month Khun Suwat aged 33, was laying in a pile of blood. He had sustained stab wounds to his chest and back and was barely clinging to life. Medics did what they could but he died soon after from his wounds and severe blood loss.
Khun Machima told the police that her ex-husband had been stalking her. She had booked the hotel room so that she could welcome home her boyfriend Khun Suwat who had just returned from Malaysia. Her ex-husband Khun Satitphong had tracked her down to the motel and barged into the room armed with a knife and a vicious fight broke out. The ex-husband fled after repeatedly stabbing her boyfriend, fleeing on a motorcycle.
Police have now launched a manhunt for this dangerous killer and expect an arrest to come very soon.

Chonburi Buddhist Temple Thieves Arested
I am sure that Buddha does not show anger but for sure his parishioners in Donhuaroh Chonburi are not shy in showing their displeasure towards a group of young men who were apprehended and charged with a recent series of thefts that targeted homes of local residents as well as netting over 20,000 Baht from donation boxes that they cleaned out at local temples.
Donhuroah police pared the gang members Khun Panya aged 23, Khun Phuchong aged 22 and three young boys aged 14-16. They confessed to the crimes and described how they planned and carried out the robberies. Their excuses were that they needed money for food and to hang out.
Looks lkie for a period they will be getting some more free food as they were led away by police officers to "hang out" courtesy to the Thai department of corrections.

78 Year Old Chonburi Man Brutally Murdered
A 78 year old Chonburi shop keeper was brutally butchered to death whilst trying to beat off a gang of intruders who were ransacking his grocery store. Police were called in after neighbours found the dreadful scene in the morning. They told police that they had heard a couple of shots around 2 am but thought nothing of it.
The body of Khun Phairat was found laying in a pool of blood by his bed. His throat had been cut and he had sustained 17 stab wounds to his body. It appears that he had been dead for about 10 hours. Shots from a .38mm handgun had been fired and from the amount of damage to the room and to the deceased the police think that two or more individuals were involved.
The police collected evidence from the crime scene and will start their investigations by interviewing people in the local area to see if they can get a lead on these vicious murderers.

Buddhist Temple Donation Boxes Stolen in Chonburi
A sorry tale of two serial thieves who have brought upon themselves some seriously bad luck for the rest of their lives. Phan Thong police went along to Nong Ka Kha Temple, in Moo 4 Tambon Nong Ka Kha, Amphur Phan Thong, Chonburi province after reports that the temple's donation box had been stolen.
Officers inspected the CCTV cameras in the temple - yes they got CCTV cameras everywhere now and found images that showed at 2-15 am two individuals parking their bikes near the pavillion and then removing the donation box believed to contain about 10,000 Baht and making off in the darkness.
A little later the same night the police received a report from the abbot of Pong Ta Mook Temple, Moo 1 Tambon Nong Hong, Amphur Phan Thong, Chonburi province about 10km from the frst crime scene. It appears again from the CCTV images that the bad Buddhist bandits had struck again and stole another donation box. Their bad luck is catching up with them as will the police will catch up with them very soon especially with the clear CCTV images and also the fact that The Abbot had just cleared out the contents of the donation box so their second crime netted them about 80 Baht.

Elderly Motorcyclist Killed by Hit and Run Driver in Sriracha
Another hit and run accident. This time in Nong Kham near Sriracha claiming the life of a 70 year old gentleman. Nong Kham Police and a Rescue Foundation Unit rushed to the scene of the accident to find the lifeless body of Khun Paitoon aged 70 and his nearby Honda Wave motorcycle. Khun Paitoon was laying in a pool of blood and had suffered a broken skull.
Eyewitnesses said that they saw the motorcycle driven by Khun Paitoon being hit by a vehicle but they could not give a description or make of the vehicle. Fortunately or unfortunately if you happen to be the callous driver a number plate was left at the scene.
Police expect to be able to trace the owner of the vehicle very soon. Meanwhile the body of Khun Paitoon was transported to Leam Chabang Hospital for a full post mortem to be carried out before his body can be released to relatives for funeral rites to be carried out.

Major Drugs Haul in Chonburi
Police Colonel Surapon of Police Region 2 Command held a press conference to announce the results of a drugs suppression operation that resulted in a major seizure of drugs, firearms and ammunition.
Police had information that a house in Moo 5 of Tambon Bang Phai, Chonburi was being used to store drugs for distribution that were part of a major drugs network based out of Chonburi Prison. A Khun Wattana aged 32 and his brother Khun Komon were the individuals targeted and subject of a Court order issued by Chonbuir Court for a serch of two premises in Bang Phai and Nongkangkok Districts.
The subsequent raids turned up trumps. 32,000 Yaa Baa (Methamphetamine Tablets) 13.12 gm of Yaa Ice, one 38mm handgun and one 9mm handgun along with 100 rounds of ammunition were found and seized as evidence.
Under questioning the suspects gave further details of the operations. The drugs were stored in the house and phone calls would come from drug kingpins in Chonburi prison. They would then arrange for the drugs to be delivered to smaller drug dealers for distribution to customers in the Chonburi area. Thei cut around 20,000 Baht per delivery.
It is probable that they won't be needing cellphones to talk to their drug bosses in Chonburi Jail anymore. They can simply chat over a bowl of rice soup at breakfast.

Sriracha Homeowner Shoots Intruder
Sriracha Police and a Unit of The Sawang Prathip Rescue Foundation rushed to the scene of a home invasion that had turned bloody.
At the scene in Moo 9 of Baan Bangphra, Sriracha. they found the homeowner Khun Suriya aged 45 standing guard over one of the intruders a tall man about 30 years old who was not going very far very quickly as he had been shot in both legs by Khun Suriya.
There was blood everywhere, bullet holes in the walls and shell casings littering the floor. There was also a steel pipe laying near the disabled intruder.
Khun Suriya said that he was sat eating with his wife when they heard noises at the front of the house. This noise then moved to the rear of the house. He got up and opened the door to find some men trying to break into a storeroom with a steel pipe. When confronted one of the men attacked him with the steel pipe. He managed to close the door grab a .38mm gun and emptied it into the direction of the intruders.
The intruder was given first aid at the scene and then under police escort was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment to his serious gunshot wounds.

Chonburi Entertainment Venue Raids
Under directives issued by The National Peace Keeping Council Chonburi police launched a series of raids in the city of Chonburi aimed at clamping down on illegal activities in entertainment venues.
20 officers took part in the raids and paid a visit to check on licencing documents and staff at the venues. They were looking at the ID cards of the staff it is illegal to employ persons under 18 at an entertainment venue. They also conducted urine tests to check for anyone using illegal drugs.
Venue owners were warned that these checks would be on-going and if they wanted to avoid closures than should get their act together and make sure that there wore no infractions of the law at their business premises.

Burmese Workers in Thailand Fight at Chonburi Construction Camp
Many migrant workers have returned back to their homes in Cambodia and Burma after rumours that their presence was no longer welcome in Thailand and they feared for their safety. But not all have left - many work on at low paid menial jobs in factories and one construction sites.
Phanthong police in Chonburi got wind of a fight at a construction camp at Moo 5 in Tambon Nong Kha. There were reported to be over 50 Burmese workers seriously slugging it out inside the camp. The police responded in force with Rescue foundation vehicles on standby outside the camp to deal with any casualties of the fracas. There were about 100 workers housed in the camp and about 34 had joined in with a fine display of Muay Thai or should it be Muay Burma.
The police quickly stopped the fight and isolated the ringleaders. The cause of the altercation - traffic jams. Because of delays due to workers arriving late for work the construction company had asked that workers arrive on site at 6.30 am instead of 7 am. Some workers agreed to this some did not as they valued their beauty sleep too much and the ringleaders goaded their fellow workers into fisticuffs to settle the matter.
The police negotiated a peace treaty and the antagonists agreed to dissagree and dispersed nursing a few bruises to get in an early night as it was to be an early start at work tomorrow.

Bangsean Wannabe Boy Racers Thwarted
Police officers from Sean Suk police station who are responsible for keeping the peace in the resort town of Bangsean about 50 kilometres north of Pattaya were made aware that the peace of Bangsean was about to be broken by a bunch of boys with their toys. Beah Road at Bangsean had been designated as the venue for the "Amazing Race at the Beach Road"
Bangsean is well known as a venue for legitimate street racing which is well organised and preparations take months to ensure the safety of competitors and local residents. These races draw huge crowds and TV coverage earning the beach side town millions in tourist Baht.
Today's race drew only a huge crowd of police officers and police volunteers. They welcomed the boy racers with police checkpoints and well prepared handcuffs. Over 80 Thai teens on their mean moped machines were escorted to the police station where their credentials and their motorcycle registration papers were carefully examined by the police pre-race scrutineers.
Some were released and escorted away from Bangsean for others their boy bikes were confiscated and they were sent home to mommy courtesy of the local bus service.

Chonburi Motorcycle Thieves Arrested
Chonburi Police Captain Somkit held a press comference at Chonburi Police Station to announce the arrest of several nenbers of a gang of motorcycle thieves. The unlucky lads this week were: Khun Narupon aged 26, Khun Wilai aged 37, Khun Thatinan aged 21 and Khun Namchoke aged 20.
The motorcycle mobsters were apprehended when two of them were caught riding a motorcycle without a number plate and the other pair of dimwits were seen driving with a red plate on the motorway.
A number of motorcycles were recovered along with frames and parts from other motorbikes that had already been broken up. They told police that they would get around 3,000 Baht per bike. Why did they do it? well usual excuses - money for rent, money for partying, money for drugs and a current excuse money for paying off World Cup Gambling Debts.
Come on lads - get a life - get a job - after you get released of course.

Chonburi Furniture Factory Raided For Illegal Timber
A case of the authorities in Phanatnikhom, Chonburi not being able to see the wood for the trees.
Enforcement officials from the Office of Forest Resource Management in Chonburi had received intelligence from concerned Thai citizens - I know that is an Oxymoron that a factory processing wood furniture located at 172 Moo 10, Tambon Wang Muang was in possession of illegal timber species including illegally obtained rose wood and sandal wood smuggled from Laos.
The Chonburi Branch of The Office of Forest Resource Management obtained a search warrant for the wood processing plant. They searched the piles of wood soon to become furniture mainly destined for places like Israel and what they saw was piles of sawn timber but not a splinter of alleged illegally obtained timber.
The owner had in his possession the legal permits to operate. Nonetheless the officials seized over a million Baht worth of the precious furniture raw materials in the hope that the owners may or may not have the correct permits that would definitely show the origin of the species.
