A young man Khun Surisat came home to his room in Na Jomtien to find that he had been burgled and thieves had made off with goods including two 1 Baht gold necklaces worth about 40,000 Baht and an iPad.
Four people lived at the apartment himself and his friend who both work at the same Shopping Mall in Pattaya His girlfriend and her child. No one was home at the time of the burglary and it appears that iron security bars had been tampered with and locks broken.
Police dusted the scene for fingerprints and took details of the items stolen. They will check the fingerprints in their database in the hope that they will match a culprit who has done this before.
