Two Groups of Pattaya Students Face off with Stakes and Knives

There is an ongoing competition between schools in Pattaya as to which school is best, who has the best teachers and who has the most studious students.

Pattaya Police had got wind that two groups of students one from Potisampan School in Naklua and one group from Pattaya School Number 5 on the Sukhumvit Road in Central Pattaya had gathered out of school hours to have a friendly discussion as to which school was best.

To press the point they had brought along an array of wooden stakes and knives.

Unfortunately or fortunately they hadn't brought around much in the way of courage and as soon as they spotted a group of boys in brown the boys in school uniforms did a swift runner.

16 boys were not so fleet of foot and with a little help from a group of nearby motorcycle taxi drivers the would be warriors were as they say bang to rights. Most were released later except for one who found it difficult to hide the long knife down his short trousers.
