Police forces all around the Eastern Seaboard region have received instructions to crack down on all instances of criminal and anti-social behaviour. The police managed to snag 10 motorcycles and 18 youths who were just a tad slow off the mark. Their machines were impounded and the disgruntled youths hauled off for mandatory drug and brain cell testing.
