Pattaya Police are investigating a report of a serious sexual assault on a 7 year old by a motorcycle rental owner who operates on Walking Street South Pattaya.
The guardian of the girl accompanied by neighbours went to the police station to report the alleged assault after the normally chirpy young girl suddenly turned into a quiet and obviously frightened child.
The lady food vendor had been looking after the girl because her parents are in prison after they were arrested for drug offences a week ago.
A local motorcycle vendor known as "Bung" aged somewhere between 30-35 had taken a shine to the young girl and offered her rides on his motorcycle. He had enticed her into going with him by telling her that he would buy some sweets. Instead he allegedly took her to some deserted land on Soi VC in South Pattaya where he sexually assaulted her.
This had happened numerous times - the child being told to keep her mouth shut and not tell anyone or he threatened to kill her. The child was taken to Banglamung Hospital for medical checks to be carried out and then placed into the care of social workers. Meanwhile the police are looking for Mr. Bung
