Nongprue Police and a unit from The Sawang Boriboon Rescue Foundation were called to attend a motorcycle accident on Soi Nernplubwan in East Pattaya. At the scene near the entrance to Soi 2 and the Poipet fresh food market they found a badly damage Honda Wave motorcycle and it's rider who was laying unconscious in the road.
A witness who was riding his motorcycle reported that the injured rider had braked and swerved to avoid someone who had suddenly opened their car door subsequently losing control of his machine and ending up hitting the road hard. The injured man was given first aid at the scene and then taken to Banglamung Hospital for further treatment.
