Dodgy Dealer Shot Dead in Naklua North Pattaya

Pattaya Police and a unit of The Sawang Boriboon Rescue Foundation rushed to the scene of a reported motorcycle accident in Naklua, North Pattaya.

Outside a grocery store near Soi Nong Yai kthey found a Honda Wave motorcycle laying in the road along with it's rider Khun Prapan aged 42 who was laying dead in a pool of blood nearby. It was soon found that Khun Prapan had not died due to falling off his motorcycle - he had been fatally shot in the chest.

An eyewitness to the incident said that the deceased had lost control of the bike and crashed into his motorcycle. Luckily he and his passenger were unhurt. In the motorcycle the police found the dead man's ID an amount of money and an address book indicating that the dead man was in fact an illegal loan shark. Further enquiries by the police and interviews with his relatives shed more light. Khun Prapan had worked as a speedboat driver before moving on to commit a series of robberies. He was also dealing in drugs and loan sharking. Police believe that in the process of his nefarious activities he may have pissed someone off.

The police gathered the evidence. The body was removed and transported for an autopsy to be carried out and meanwhile the police are hunting for a person or persons unknown who decided to deal with the dodgy deceased in their own deadly way.
