Thai Youths Arrested for Noodle Vendor Murder in North Pattaya

Following the shooting death of a noodle seller in Soi Nong Yai in North Pattaya Pattaya Police have announced the arrest of members of two gangs that were involved in the incident.

Khun Tirapong aged 20, Khun Jackgarit aged 19 and Khun Wirapon aged 20 were involved in an altercation at a pub in North Pattaya. Shots were fired in the incident at the pub. No one was hurt at that time and the gangs went their separate ways. 

Later in the evening Khun Pramot aged 18, Khun Tinagorn aged 19, Khun Tanabodee aged 19 and Khun Tirawoot aged 19 spotted members of the rival gang at a noodle stand and opened fire on them. One of the youths was shot in the stomach but survived. The Noodle vendor who had served them was not so lucky. He was shot in the back and unfortunately succumbed to his wounds in Banglamung Hospital a little later.

There was a further altercation at Banglamung Police Station when relatives of the gang members, wounded and relatives of the food vendor came face to face. 7 youths have been charged with attempted murder and murder and will face their day in court.
