Chonburi Police and volunteer rescue workers rushed to the scene of a motorcycle accident on Beach Road Chonburi near Moo 1 in Amphur Muang. They found a wrecked Honda Zoom motorcycle laying in the road and close by the unconscious body of it's rider Khun Kems aged 24 originally from Lampang Province.
It appears that he had lost control of his machine whilst travelling at high speed hit the kerb and ricocheted off two electric poles situated in the central reserve.
Khun Kems had suffered severe head and facial injuries and was rushed immediately to Chonburi Hospital for emergency treatment.
