Bright colours especially reds and Yellows are everywhere. A local clothing store owner in Naklua said that this year there was an increase in sales for brightly coloured clothing especially patterned with Chinese characters and Chinese designs. This year is the year of the horse so there was a stampede for anything with a horse design or horse logo. Customers were chomping at the bit and these garments were galloping out of the store.
