Bangkok Hospital Pattaya announced the renewal of a very successful project to collect blood donations for the coming year.
The project has been in operation for the last four years in collaboration with other major hospitals in Sriracha, Chonburi and the Thai Red Cross. At present blood stocks are high but that will not deter the hospital from continuing their efforts as fresh blood is in constant demand for accident victims and for patients needing blood transfusions for scheduled surgical procedures.
Members of the public both Thais and foreigners will be able to donate the precious liquid at regular blood donation sessions at Bangkok Hospital Pattaya as well as at mobile blood donation units which will be constantly travelling around the region.
