Nongprue police and a unit of The Sawang Boriboon Rescue Foundation were called to a workers camp in Pong District of East Pattaya to investigate a suicide death.
At the scene they found the body of Mr. Ney Mon aged 21 hanging by a green nylon rope from a tree.
A relative of the deceased Ms. Mee aged 37 said that he had arrived at the camp just recently and was not aware of any reasons why he would want to take his own life.
This day was supposed to be his first day at work and whn he failed to turn up to start the foreman went looking for him and found the tracic scene.
The body of the deceased was removed from the site and taken to Banglamung Hospital for a full autopsy to be carried out before it can be released to relatives for funeral rites to be carried out.
