Khun Ekasing Teangmo The Deputy Mayor of Pattaya presided over a coffee morning seminar at the Bayview Hotel to discuss Health, Safety and environmental issues in the workplace. The meeting was organized by The Area 7 Labor Safety Center and attended by representatives concerned with Health, Safety and the environment from concerned governmental and non governmental organizations.
A seminar was held to exchange ideas, knowledge, experience between the representatives Both government agencies and private organizations to share best practices in standards development , safety, health and environment at work. The event also included a special lecture about the health and occupational health given by Dr. Chai The President of Medical Enterprise Community Health. There were also lectures on topics regarding labor law and fire protection.
Why a coffee seminar? well obviosly many large cups of the stimulating beverage needed to be consumed to keep the delegates awake and attentive to the dtirring and stimulating subjects of Health, Safety and environmental issues in the workplace.
