We all know the Sawang Boriboon Rescue Foundation from the flashing lights and wailing sirens as they rush off to attend to the victims of accidents and other life threatening incidents. What we don't possibly realise id that the foundation plays a major role in charitable works in the Pattaya area taken care as best they can of those less fortunate or suffering from some disaster.
The recent heavy rains in Pattaya have left many families short of food and basic essentials. Khun Prasit the president of the Sawang Boriboon Foundation organised a new task for his rescue units. He and volunteer workers had put together 2,000 aid packages containing food and bottles of water. and loaded up to be delivered to vthe victims of serious flash flooding that had left many families stranded in the Phanatnikhom district of Chonburi.
