The Nongprue Municipal offices was the venue for a group of dignitaries and council officials to gather together to accept donations destined to be dispatched to help victims who are struggling to cope after a more severe than normal monsoon season has brought flooding to many parts of Thailand.
There were many folks who came along to donate food, day to day supplies and cash. Just one of the many donors to turn up was Khun Anya from the Daiartee Bar in Soi Nernbplubwan who brought along goods that had been collected at her establishment.
The donated items such as rice, noodles , water, canned food will be packaged up and then transported to be handed out to families affected by the flooding.
