A press conference was held to announce the results of recent efforts in Pattaya to collect donations for flood relief for the victims of recent heavy rain and flooding in Prachinburi province.
Mr Wuttisak the Deputy Mayor of Pattaya along with Ms Phanee the Director of Social Development in Pattaya jointly announced that the recent efforts to collect flood relief supplies at collection points across the city had netted a total of goods and cash to the tune of 70,000 Baht.
The cash will be spent to purchase additional supplies these will be packaged up and loaded onto trucks and they will be dispatched to flood victims in Prachinburi province on the 16th of October.
