On the 16th of December Bangkok Hospital Pattaya played host to a Conference on Accident and Emergency Patient Care.
Doctors, Nurses and medical staff from public and private hospitals attended the conference where they were able to listen to seminars given by experts from many countries in the field of Trauma medicine and emergency care.
Experts in Aviation medicine and marine medicine were on hand to pass on their knowledge in their specialist fields. The aim of the conference being to keep accident and emergency medical personnel aware of the latest knowledge, techniques and medical equipment that will help them give the best medical care for victims of accidents be it on land, sea or in the air 24 hours a day 7 days a week no matter where the incident may occur.
