Fancy A Happy Ending in Pattaya. A pair of Thai mugs got their comeuppance when they attempted to mug a Russian Lady and were brought to ground by the greatest force on Earth. No not The Thai police force. The force of gravity.
A member of the former Soviet Union Miss Nadezhda Nikulenkova was walking back to her Hotel in the Pratamnuk Hill area, close to the Pattaya Tourist Police Station. You know that hilly area between South Pattaya and Jomtien.
Khun Surasit aged 21 was riding his motorcycle with his mate Khun Prachiyar aged 27 on the back. They were just out to take in the night air - it was just past midnight when they came across the Russian lady with a rather large shoulder bag draped over her shoulder as shoulder bags are often draped. . They felt sorry for the lady carrying the heavy bag. So Khun Prachiyar reached out and relieved of her heavy luggage.
They sped off down a hill at high speed but with his mate on the back and the additional heavy luggage they hadn't got very far when Khun Prachiyar fell victim to that great natural force gravity. Lost control and unceremoniously hit the deck rather hard.
Khun Prachiyar did what any Thai young man would do in that situation left his mate on the tarmac and did a runner. Khun Surasit would have done the same but it is difficult to do a runner when you are in great pain and have a broken leg.
The police were soon on the scene and gave a helping hand to the downed dimwit. Miss Nadezhda Nikulenkova was happy she got her shoulder bag back that contained a mobile phone and some US currency. And as for Khun Prachiyar well his legless mate as Thai mates do gave up his address in Soi Chaiyaphum and he was invited by police officers to pay a visit to his injured mate on the way to Pattaya Police Station.
