Another drug dealer arrested in Soi Buakhao in Central Pattaya. This time it was not a traffic stop that reaped results but a sting operation. Pattaya Police Captain Vishanu led the team with an undercover drug suppression agent armed with marked notes making a pre arranged buy with the dealer.
Once the money was handed over and the drugs received the waiting back up team moved in and arrested a Khun Khwa. Mr. Khwa had just sold 9 Yaa Baa (methamphetamine) tablets to the undercover agent. Further searches revealed he was in possession of another 149 Yaa Baa tablets.
Mr. Khwa now faces a short wait to appear before a court where that amount of class 1 narcotics should win him a long holiday courtesy of the department of corrections.
